License & Certifications: Active Iowa RN license in hand. Required certifications: BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) ; mandatory reporter certificate; CNOR preferred. Radius Rule: Strict 50-mile radius rule (candidate must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility, verified via driver's license). Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: Patient ratios of 3:1. Types of surgery include outpatient surgeries and infusion patients, infusion meds, and some titrations (blood, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, antibiotics— no chemo ). Charting System: Epic EMR. Floating Requirements: May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
