Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure quality, speed, and customer satisfaction standards are met
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and shift supervisors
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budgetary and profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with Papa Johns brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Drive sales growth through local marketing efforts and exceptional customer service
• Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining and delivery experience
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick service or pizza industry
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of P&L management, food cost, and labor cost control
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
• Reliable, results-driven, and committed to delivering a consistent guest experience
