Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for driving new business and revenue growth across an assigned territory. This role includes prospecting restaurant and hospitality leads, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting Spillover’s digital marketing and revenue solutions to decision-makers. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation, closing, and onboarding handoff, while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building long-term client relationships, collaborating with marketing and customer success teams, gathering market feedback to inform product and strategy, and representing Spillover at industry events and meetings. Qualifications Proven skills in regional or territory sales management, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business. Experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions sales, preferably focused on hospitality, restaurants, or digital marketing services. Strong abilities in consultative selling, customer needs assessment, and solution-based presentations to business owners and executives. Competence with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales analytics for forecasting and performance tracking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams. Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Prior experience selling into restaurant or hospitality markets is highly beneficial; familiarity with digital marketing, online ordering, or ecommerce platforms is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spillover
