Shook Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer - Lead HVAC Installation Tech to join our team in Livonia, MI. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who is ready to take on a leadership role and ensure high-quality installations across the Metro Detroit area. YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a set schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. No nights or weekends required .
YOUR DAY
As our HVAC Installer - Lead HVAC Installation Tech, you will lead a two-person team, overseeing the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential settings throughout Metro Detroit. This position includes new construction HVAC installation projects.
You'll be responsible for ensuring every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while also mentoring and guiding your team member. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding service.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a lead installer
- Must have the ability to install a furnace and air conditioning unit on your own
- Must have the ability to lead and inspire a team
