Care Associate (CNA)

Location: Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs. We are looking for the following shifts: Full-Time (7AM-3PM) Part-Time (11PM-7AM) (16 hours) PRN What we offer Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $18 an hour Shift differential for evening or overnights $1.00 per hour, all weekend shifts $2.00 per hour. Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones How you will make an impact Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs Assisting residents in activities of daily living Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter What you will need Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred Current CPR certification is preferred. Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working Must be at least 18 years of age Basic computer skills required.
