NeoLoad & SAP Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Performance Load Test Analyst to lead end-to-end performance testing for complex enterprise systems. Position Overview

• Role : Performance Load Test Analyst

• Work Arrangement : Remote (Continental US) with 1 week per month onsite travel

• Onsite Location : Middletown, PA

• Interview Process : In-person interviews and work sessions at facilities in Middletown, PA (Strictly no AI tools or external assistance allowed)

Primary Core Skills

• Performance & Load Testing : 4+ years of hands-on experience in load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

• NeoLoad Expertise : Strong hands-on experience designing, scripting, and executing test suites using NeoLoad (Required).

• IT Testing : 8+ years of overall IT testing experience.

• Enterprise Testing : Proven experience testing large-scale applications with high transaction volumes, APIs, and middleware.

Preferred Technical Skills

• SAP Ecosystem : Hands-on experience with SAP BRIM , S/4HANA , SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) , or SAP Datasphere .

• Integrations & CRM : Experience testing bi-directional CRM (Dynamics CE) SAP integrations, APIs, and batch processing.

• Domain Experience : Tolling, transportation, or public-sector industry experience.

• Define performance testing strategy, non-functional requirements, and workloads.

• Simulate real-world peak workloads across SAP, CRM, APIs, and customer-facing channels.

• Monitor system metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and deliver executive performance reports.

• Integrate NeoLoad tests with CI/CD pipelines and build release baselines.

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Compliance : Must pass ePATCH and National Criminal background checks prior to start.

• Travel : Must attend orientation, monthly onsite weeks, and go-live support in Middletown, PA.
