You'll handle preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment like loaders, excavators, skid steers, forklifts, cranes, balers, conveyors, and mobile processing equipment — hands-on work that keeps our sites moving safely and efficiently.ScheduleMonday- Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pmWhat You'll DoPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy equipmentChange fluids, filters, tracks, belts, and wear componentsAssist with repairs to hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemsIdentify equipment issues and communicate findings to senior techniciansOperate heavy equipment for testing and inspection purposesMaintain service records and work ordersKeep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulationsAssist with field repairs and emergency breakdown responseFollow lockout/tagout and company safety proceduresWhat You Bring1-3 years of heavy equipment maintenance experienceVocational or technical training in heavy equipment or diesel technologyStrong mathematical and mechanical aptitudeSharp attention to detailComfort working outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual laborWelding and torching knowledge a plusMilitary experience relevant to mechanical or technical fields welcomedWhy PADNOS?We take care of our team members, their families, and the communities we serve.
