Senior Search Consultant & Search Team Manager | Wife & Mom We’re partnering with a growing, privately held construction company in the North Atlanta area to identify a Controller who will bring leadership, structure, and excellence to the company’s accounting function. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, and month‑end/year‑end close. Manage cash flow forecasting, banking, and reconciliations. Lead job costing, WIP reporting, and AIA billing accuracy. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to guide decisions. Strengthen internal controls, optimize processes, and drive effective use of NetSuite and Procore . Lead and mentor an accounting team, fostering accountability and collaboration. Report directly to ownership and serve as a key financial advisor. Qualifications 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in construction or heavy civil industries .
