The Sales Operations Specialist supports the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales organization. This role focuses on optimizing sales processes and supporting day-to-day operational needs to help the sales team achieve revenue goals.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRetailer Dropship Order ManagementDomestic & Direct Import Purchase Order ManagementERP AdministrationSales Support AdministrationGeneral Reception & Customer Service SupportProduct Line Knowledge ManagementQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTSBachelor 's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in sales operations or a sales administrative role.Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.SKILLS:Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to effectively communicate with accounts and internal teams.Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with ERP systems NetSuite or Sage 100.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Normally this person is standing or walking around the facility interacting with team members.
