• Hospital call -- 30 min response time required
• Avg call volume: 2 - 3 phone consults and 2 - 3 patients seen per 24hrs
• Approx 525 deliveries per year
• Low and high risk OB -- high risk patients transferred out
• Required: vaginal delivery, c-section, VBAC, breech, and lacerations
• Laparoscopic gyn procedures required -- tubal ligation, ectopics, and more
• OB ultrasounds required -- Level I viability and Level II anatomic
• Vacation coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
