What You'll Be Doing At The Marek Group, we don’t just sell—we solve. As our Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact client partnerships, helping large organizations unlock the full potential of their marketing and sales operations. You’ll lead strategic conversations, design tailored solutions, and close deals that deliver real business outcomes. This is a high-visibility, high-reward role for someone who thrives on consultative selling, executive engagement, and building something that lasts. You’ll work alongside seasoned leaders, including our Chief Sales Officer, and have the freedom to shape your territory, your strategy, and your success. Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting to close Build and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue and long‑term growth Engage with the leadership team and C‑suite decision‑makers with confidence and credibility Lead solution presentations and ROI discussions that resonate Collaborate with internal teams to craft client‑specific proposals and strategies Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts Provide market insights to help shape our go‑to‑market approach Core Values in Action Leadership – Accountability & Continuous Improvement: Owns the full sales cycle and continuously sharpens strategy, messaging, and approach to improve win rates and client outcomes.
