Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Gallipolis, OH and Patriot, OH to work with pediatric and adult patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY, EVENING and NIGHT SHIFTS! Gallipolis Shifts Available: Days: Monday - Thursday 9am-7pm Evenings: Monday - Thursday 1pm-9pm Nights: Monday - Thursday 6pm-6am Patriot Shifts Available: Days: Monday - Friday 9am-3pm Why Join Maxim:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
