Role Information RN – Registered Nurse (PRN) Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:30PM and 7:00PM - 7:30AM, Supplemental Staffing Team (SST) members have a flexible schedule but, required to work a minimum of 60 hours per month but, not more than 110 hours per month Pay Rate: $45 per hour Location: Concord Reserve, 2116 Dover Center Road, Westlake, OH 44145 Who We Are Life Enriching Communities is a not-for-profit organization that provides exceptional everyday experiences for associates and residents in our vibrant senior living communities. You take initiative, provide calm leadership, and foster meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members while maintaining a safe and respectful care environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care and implement individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document all care provided Participate in shift hand-offs and collaborate with the healthcare team Supervise and assist care staff in providing ADL support Respond to resident needs, including answering call lights and assisting with mobility Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to safety and infection control protocols Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as required Requirements Current RN license in the state of Ohio Diploma from an accredited nursing program Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindsetAbility to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
