HVAC Chiller Service Technician

Looking to hire two ASAP: $50HR to $70HR with a sign on bonus ( Relocation Provided )

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and Preventive Maintenance of centrifugal, air-cooled, and water-cooled chillers, including components like motors and compressors.
- Conduct preventive maintenance such as coil cleaning, filter changes, oil analysis, and refrigerant level checks.
- Optimize systems by calibrating, testing, and balancing for energy efficiency and performance.
- Support clients by providing status updates and maintenance recommendations to facility managers.
- Ensure safety and compliance with environmental and OSHA regulations for refrigerant handling.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC service, focusing on chiller systems.
- Must possess EPA Universal Certification; state-specific journeyman licensing is a plus.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more.
