Contract | Rotating Shift | 4x10s | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within a fast-paced operating room environment
• Assist with orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures
• Participate in rotating weekend and weekday on-call schedule (approximately every 4th–5th weekend and one weeknight per week)
• Maintain high performance standards in alignment with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated operating room experience is required
• Orthopedic surgical experience required
• Neurological OR experience required (Level 1 or Level 2 facility experience)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations including weekends and weeknights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or trauma-level surgical environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to perform consistently under performance review standards
