Assistant Commissioner, Energy Supply & Procurement

NYC Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) Energy Management seeks an Assistant Commissioner to lead utility budgeting, data analysis, and multi-year procurement for the City’s energy portfolio. You will oversee the EC3 system, rate-case strategy, and large program governance across DEM.
