Appliance Repair Technician

Our company is seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to customers' homes and businesses, diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Responsibilities include responding to client requests for appliance service, evaluating and diagnosing home appliance problems, estimating the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation, repairing appliances, providing preventative maintenance and warranty services, adhering to manufacturer recommendations, teaching homeowners how to operate their appliances, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, an associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred, previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician preferred, a valid driver's license and clean driving record, EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators preferred, physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, and excellent customer service skills.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
