Requirements / Qualifications

All attachments are required to be considered to have a complete application including work history to move forward in the hiring process. Incomplete applications will not be will be creating a sub list for the 2026/27 School Year. A CURRENT valid CA teaching credential or sub permit is REQUIRED and must be attached to your application. If you dont have a sub permit you can apply for one through SLOCOE and apply after it is issued. Applications will be reviewed and interviews will be held AFTER the posting is closed and will be in person. You will be contacted AFTER the posting closes. Interviews will be tentatively held the last week of Nov you must be available to interview in person. Hiring for substitutes will be continuous throughout the school year if your application is not complete before this posting closes you can apply later in the year.

30 Day Permits are being accepted along with full credentials; however our focus is full credentials especially in Special teaching experience is preferred. Must be able to pass fingerprint clearance and TB test after offer of enjoy working with to work at least two days per week.
