New graduates qualify, and clinicians with less than two years of experience may also elect to participate.* **Months 0–2 | Build Your Foundation**: Work closely with an experienced PT on clinical reasoning, evaluations, documentation, treatment planning, and caseload management.* **Months 2–4 | Build Confidence**: Strengthen clinical decision-making through continued mentorship, case discussions, and exposure to specialty areas that interest you.* **Months 4–6 | Build Your Practice**: Transition toward greater independence while identifying long-term clinical interests, specialty opportunities, and professional development goals.Your growth continues beyond mentorship. New graduate PTs receive $1,250 in continuing education funds, while experienced clinicians receive $1,000.
