Registered Nurse - Float Unit

Location: Largo, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 05:30 - 18:00

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will work in the psych/rehab department, primarily functioning as a float nurse within the unit. The role involves being flexible in shifts and responsibilities, providing care to patients in various settings as required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care across different units as needed.
• Administer medications and treatment protocols as per physician orders.
• Monitor and manage patient vitals and health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in psych/rehab nursing preferred.
• Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays.
