Certified Nursing Assistant

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at a facility in Farmington, MO. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $20 / hour

*W2

Scheduling

• F/S/S 12 hour shifts days and nights Shifts would be 6:45A - 7:15P or 7:15P - 6:45A

Medical Professional Personnel Classification

• Must have an active Missouri CNA certificate

Services to be Performed

• Assisting with activities of daily living, behavioral health interventions such as applying restraints, hourly rounding, completing flowsheets. A summary of the tasks is included in the CNA

• Provide direct care, treatment, and/or security of forensic psychiatric and/or sex offender clients in a secure setting

• Accountable for assisting clients with activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, bed making, shaving, dressing, and other related tasks.

• Assist in checking vital signs, height, and weight as assigned

• Collect and maintain records of fluid intake and output Report on the condition of clients

• Observing, reporting, and recording changes in the physical condition, behavioral response, and emotional status of clients.

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for client care and treatment activities. Reporting to work on time and as scheduled.

• Working overtime as needed to retain adequate staffing.

• May perform internal environment of care checks or perform some security related functions in a mental health care setting

• Requires heavy lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Other duties as assigned.
