Lead Analyst - Financial Systems

Lead Analyst will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting system operations at this medical device company. The role involves managing data integrations, system administration, process improvements, and cross-functional partnerships to support month-end close and financial cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead system readiness for month-end close, forecasting, and planning cycles
Manage financial data integrations, loads, reconciliations, and validation across systems
Administer financial systems including user access, security, hierarchies, and governance
Support planning applications through requirements, testing, deployment, and production support
Drive system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process improvements with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4 years experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
Hands-on experience with SAP BPC, HFM, Anaplan, or comparable platforms
Proficiency managing financial data loads, reconciliations, and system administration
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Power BI or similar reporting tool experience preferred

Compensation: $77,700 - $168,400 USD Annual (varies by location band)
