Registered Nurse

WellSpan Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely, following evidence‑based protocols. Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on care coordination. Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and documentation. Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards and policies. Participate in care conferences, handoffs, and interdisciplinary rounds. Support orientation of new staff and students as needed. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and patient experience initiatives. Perform patient assessment, care planning and care coordination, medication administration, IV therapy and venipuncture, wound care management, electronic health records (EHR) documentation, vital signs and telemetry monitoring, patient and family education, infection control and safety protocols, basic life support and emergency response.
