Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Agent to support customer outreach, promotional initiatives, and relationship-building activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, representing a company professionally, and helping customers understand available products and services. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and prospective customers in a professional manner. Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information. Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional activities and community events. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and opportunities. Assist with preparing and organizing promotional materials. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to the team. Collaborate with marketing and customer service team members. Represent the company positively during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
