Social Media Content Coordinator (In-Person) — NJ Luxury Real Estate Group
Location: Short Hills, NJ (with regular on-location work at listed properties throughout the region)
Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Compensation: $60,000–$75,000/year, commensurate with experience
About the Role
NJ Luxury Real Estate Group is looking for a full-time, in-person Social Media Content Coordinator to own the planning, production, and execution of social content across our luxury property listings and brand channels. You'll be on-site at our Short Hills office and traveling to properties for shoots, so this is a hands-on, in-the-field role — not remote.
What You'll Do
- Plan and maintain a content calendar across all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Shoot and produce photo and video content on-location at luxury property listings
- Edit photos and video using Adobe Creative Suite to a polished, brand-consistent standard
- Write captions, manage posting schedules, and track engagement/performance
- Coordinate shoot logistics with listing agents and property staff
- Ensure all content reflects our brand's editorial, upscale aesthetic
What You Bring
- Proven experience producing social media content professionally (portfolio required)
- Hands-on experience shooting with professional-style cameras and video cameras (DSLR/mirrorless and dedicated video camera equipment, not just a smartphone)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)
- Strong video editing skills
- Working knowledge of all major social media platforms and their content formats/best practices
- Comfortable working in-person, including on-location at properties (reliable transportation needed)
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple listings/shoots at once
- Real estate or luxury brand marketing experience is a plus, not required
