Contract Scientist I/II – LNP Formulation (6-Month Contract) Please note - No C2C or agencies with C2C or W2 candidates. We are seeking a Scientist I/II with hands-on experience in Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) formulation development to support an innovative biotechnology company advancing next-generation genetic medicine programs. Responsibilities Design and execute DOE studies to optimize LNP formulations. Develop, screen, and characterize LNPs. Analyze particle size, PDI, encapsulation efficiency, and stability data. Collaborate with Biology, Analytical Development, and Process Development teams. Troubleshoot formulation challenges and support scale-up activities. Maintain experimental documentation and communicate results. Requirements MS or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Hands-on experience with LNP formulation development and optimization. Experience with DOE methodologies and statistical analysis. Knowledge of LNP characterization techniques such as DLS, encapsulation assays, and stability studies.
