Loss Prevention & Customer Safety Specialist

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to help maintain a safe, secure shopping environment and protect assets at our Columbia store. The role emphasizes visible presence, customer engagement, and adherence to Code 50 procedures. You will work with Store Leadership to deter theft, train associates on shortage reduction, and ensure compliant operations.
