You’ll provide vital short-term coverage for maternity leaves at a single site during each assignment, ensuring continuity of care and strong collaboration with established SLP teams.

Enjoy a structured 35-hour workweek onsite within modern school environments—whether supporting K-8 learners at Manatee Academy and Palm Pointe, or empowering high school students at Ft. Pierce Central. Each campus offers a unique, supportive team atmosphere: collaborate with fellow SLPs, SLPA support, and educators, while engaging students with diverse needs (including ASD units and inclusive classrooms).

Qualifications:

• Current Florida SLP-CCC licensure in good standing
• Strong background delivering direct and consultative speech services within K-12 or high school settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with ASD and diverse caseloads preferred
• Able to provide or transfer up-to-date fingerprint clearance per district requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy, adapting interventions for students’ needs
• Collaborate with on-site teams (other SLPs, SLPAs, teachers) to support whole-child learning
• Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress on IEPs and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and family communications as needed
