Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active state license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor Active BLS certification from an approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Life support certifications must be from an approved organization RTO cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment Candidate driver's license to verify residency Description: Candidates for this position should be experienced and willing to work in a General Progressive Care Unit. Candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster offers can be secured. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or within one week. All requested time off must be included in the documentation submitted. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Submission requires completion of a skills checklist in the last 12 months. Candidates with travel experience will be highly preferred. Strict adherence to background check standards is required. Candidates should provide a resume that includes all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds listed.
