Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) Complete documentation using streamlined technology

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance CPR certification Ability to supervise COTAs Home health experience preferred, but not required
