Travel Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist - $2,014 per week

Job Description & Requirements TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an acute care setting in Reisterstown, Maryland. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel We are looking for a PT for an immediate travel opening. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate, 6 months may be accepted. Read below for additional requirements. Responsibilities Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the setting guidelines Understand PT board rules and regulations Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure a team-focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care as indicated based on the patient’s condition Use Medical Center computer systems in daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience (new grads encouraged); 1 year preferred BLS and state‑specific licensing Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology Additional certifications may be required before assignment Job ID #1427654.
