What You’ll Do As a Junior Analyst in the People & Organization Practice (POP) & Tech and Digital Advantage (TDA) areas you will work in a growing global team on fast‑growing topics such as (Gen)AI and digital transformation. You will shape our offerings, provide expert advisory, analysis, and insights on people levers to make transformation successful, and work directly with case and proposal teams. Additionally, you will serve as a thought partner and context expert to topic leaders, develop intellectual property and knowledge assets related to (Gen)AI and digital transformation at the intersection of People & Organization, support commercialization efforts, upskilling, marketing, conferences, and publications. You’re Good At Solving client and complex problems with strategic, end‑to‑end thinking Communicating confidently with senior stakeholders, case teams, and clients Codifying and building the latest knowledge and IP for use in client contexts Collaborating effectively in virtual, agile team dynamics Being flexible, curious, creative, and proposing innovative ideas Thriving in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment with ambiguity What You’ll Bring 1+ years of experience in a leading consulting or technology firm on (Gen)AI‑driven products or transformational initiatives, or 1–2+ years of industry experience (strongly preferred) Strong understanding of (Gen)AI market trends, use cases, and enabling technology/data/algorithms Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus Understanding of AI/ML concepts, digital transformation narratives, agentic AI platforms, and ecosystem trends Familiarity with agile software development projects is beneficial Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus Programming experience (Python, SQL) not required but beneficial Fluency in English; additional languages a plus Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for a global collaborative team environment No employer sponsorship required to work legally in the United States of America Who You’ll Work With As a Junior Analyst you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG, bringing expertise and capabilities to service our internal and external clients. Our team includes diverse expert positions that allow us to pursue innovative challenges for global impact. Compensation In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach. Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market‑leading benefits package. The base salary for this role in Boston & Chicago is $76,000. The bonus can be up to 16% and the retirement contribution starts at 5% and increases to 10% after two years.
