Chief Financial Officer (York)

We are working with a well‑established organization in the York, PA area that is looking to add a Chief Financial Officer to their leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key position with visibility across the organization, where you will play a hands‑on role in both day‑to‑day financial operations and long‑term strategic planning. What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead all aspects of financial operations including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with executive leadership to support business strategy and decision‑making
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track performance
• Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Manage audit processes and maintain external relationships
• Oversee cash flow, banking, and treasury functions
• Guide daily accounting activities including AP, AR, and payroll
• Build and develop a strong finance team
• Identify and implement process and system improvements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong background in finance leadership within a complex operating environment
• Experience overseeing full‑cycle accounting and financial planning
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
• Hands‑on leader who can balance strategy with execution
