Job Summary

Just Staffing is seeking dependable laborers to assist with flooring production, warehouse operations, material handling, deliveries, and general facility maintenance. This position involves physical labor and requires the ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload flooring materials and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload wood flooring, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Move and organize flooring materials throughout the warehouse and work areas.
• Assist with sanding and preparation of wood flooring.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as directed.
• Prepare materials for production, installation, and delivery.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Deliver materials to job sites or customers when needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a warehouse, shop, and job-site environment.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, flooring, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn flooring and material-handling procedures.
• Valid driver's license may be required for delivery duties.
