Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our warehouse. This role is integral to ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management while leading a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of 12+ employees to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain workflow processes.
• Lead and coach team members to achieve productivity targets and operational goals.
• Ensure packaging, production, and inventory tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage warehouse operations with attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to supervise and manage a team of 12 or more employees.
• Strong skills in inventory management and workflow optimization.
• Leadership capabilities with experience in coaching and motivating teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in steel, recycling, or heavy-duty environments is beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a dark, damp steel facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
