Group Leader - PMO Location: Wooster, OH, US, 44691 Job Requisition ID: 38189 Your Key Responsibilities Lead a team of dedicated project management staff and oversee project effectiveness, efficiency, and adherence to PM policies and guidelines. Contribute to the development of PM policies, standards, processes, and evaluation principles. Oversee and coordinate staffing and resourcing for all PM staff. Monitor and validate project status and progress; act as escalation point of contact concerning conflicting targets and resources. Identify training needs and ensure a proper qualification level for the team. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Your Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or related roles.
