Description du poste Au sein du groupe hôtelier Accor, vous travaillerez un jour du soir et trois nuits dans la semaine et serez responsable de la clientèle hébergée, des biens et de la sécurité. Responsabilités Assurer la permanence de l'accueil-reception de l’établissement et veiller à la qualité des prestations offertes aux clients Être le garant du calme et de la sécurité de l’hôtel, savoir prendre les décisions importantes en cas d’urgence Faire les arrivées des clients Faire des départs avec encaissements des clients Établir les factures Renseigner la clientèle Faire le compte-rendu et transmettre les demandes éventuelles des clients aux personnes concernées Effectuer la clôture de la journée ainsi que les statistiques Qualifications Expérience : 1 an dans l’hôtellerie Langues : anglais (exigé), allemand (souhaité) Rémunération Salaire négociable selon profil et expérience.
