Sanitation TechnicianDue to a promotion, we are seeking a Sanitation Tech!Job SummarySchedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 5am - 3:30pmLocation: 16800 SE Evelyn St, ClackamasStarting pay: $19/hour, more for experienced Sanitation Techs3 weeks of PTO to start, plus 9 floating holidays!The Sanitation Technician is responsible to ensure the equipment, conveyors and facility are cleaned and verify that all cleaning practices are being followed. This position will clean and/or sanitize all equipment including food contact surfaces following strict standard operating procedures, strict good manufacturing procedures and strict food safety laws and accurately document the procedures. Will perform cleaning and sanitation duties for multiple departments under time sensitive conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesCleans the beverage processing equipment and manufacturing equipment, COP (clean out of place) and CIP (clean in place).Removes machine guards and accessories.Cleans floors and conveyors around machines.Uses floor scrubber/sweeper in warehouse areasPasteurizer cleaningPressure washingGrease removal under fillersMinimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required1 – 3 months of experience working in a manufacturing setting; experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferredAbility to lift up to 50lbs.Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in EnglishBasic mathDemonstrated history of being reliable and dependableFlexible and adaptable to changeOur people go above and beyond for our customers.
