divh2Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Moorestown, NJ/h2pBalance Life Work with a New Career Opportunity/pp(Assisted Living) (Memory Care) Salary Range from $18.00 - $24.00 an hour/ppHarmony Village at CareOne Stanwick Road/ppThe Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) will be responsible for, but not limited to:/polliProvides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails./liliProvides assistance in toileting; positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient./liliAssists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse./liliAssists with light housekeeping of individuals personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen, if needed and patient laundry./liliFeeds and assists with meals./liliObtains temperature, pulse and respirations as supervised by the Hospice Nurse./liliReports any changes in residents/patients condition to the Hospice Nurse and, if in a facility, to the facility nurse and documents the information on the Home Health Aide Certification of House form, including the date and time of the report and the person receiving the information./liliAssists or reminds the patient to take medication, in compliance with regulations of appropriate regulatory and accrediting bodies./li/olpPosition Requirements:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliMust have a State Certified CHHA license/liliExperience in hospice or home health, preferred/liliNo experience necessary but 1 year, preferred/liliMust be willing to travel/liliMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation/li/ulh2About Us/h2pThe CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
