Our client is seeking a dedicated REMOTE Customer Service Associate responsible for making outbound calls to patients discharged from the hospital to assist with scheduling appointments and supporting care coordination. This role primarily involves outbound calling, with occasional inbound call support. Key Responsibilities Make 120 outbound calls per day to patients for post-discharge support and appointment scheduling. Occasionally handle inbound calls and questions to support care coordination. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience in a healthcare setting. Strong computer and communication skills. Must commit to no time off during the 90-day probationary period. Skills Technical skills: Experience with EMRs, telephonic care management, and healthcare technology. Soft skills: Strong communication and patient engagement abilities.
