Job Objective The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service for all FootJoy golf products across assigned direct accounts within a defined geographic territory. This role serves as a brand champion and trusted business advisor, achieving sales and distribution objectives while supporting company initiatives and strengthening FootJoy's market leadership. What You Will Be Doing Lead sales and service efforts for assigned FootJoy product lines, achieving revenue and unit distribution goals established by Sales Management. Manage all administrative functions, including pricing compliance, accurate order entry, car-stock oversight, promotional budget tracking, and account record maintenance. Execute in-store merchandising by maintaining product displays and point-of-purchase materials to maximize sell-through and reduce returns. Build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and effective issue resolution while balancing customer needs with company objectives. Represent and promote the FootJoy brand at sectional, state, and designated championship events, and through ongoing engagement with PGA Professionals, Assistants, and key amateur influencers.
