Key Responsibilities

• Employ advanced radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-resolution diagnostic images for medical evaluation
• Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate patient assessments
• Properly position patients and configure equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality
• Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols for the wellbeing of patients and staff
• Keep meticulous records, including imaging documentation and equipment service history
• Foster a comforting atmosphere for patients throughout their imaging procedures
• Help maintain a seamless, efficient, and safe imaging environment

Educational Background

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is desirable
• Completion of an accredited radiology education program

Required Certifications

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Active BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment

• Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety practices
