Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in various settings, devising personalized treatment plans that fit their unique needs
• Deliver tailored physical therapy interventions emphasizing mobility, strength, balance, and daily functioning
• Team up with nursing staff, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes

• Engage actively in care rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to foster coordinated care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar accredited qualification

Certifications

• Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are considered a bonus
