Sign-on bonus: Up to $12,500.00

How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Lead patient care journeys by implementing and adapting individualized care plans to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment tailored to their specific needs.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration as the primary coordinator between physicians and specialists, ensuring a seamless and unified approach to complex patient care.
• Champion patient safety and advocacy by vigilantly monitoring clinical conditions and executing medical orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of practice.
• Drive successful patient transitions by proactively coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team, ensuring patients and their families are empowered and prepared for the next stage of recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
