As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you will:Assessment, planning, intervention & evaluation of patient care in the home to achieve patient goalsDocumentation of patient care and outcomes (electronic if applicable)Delegation and supervision of tasks Home Health Aides and LPNsServes as a support to new staff or studentsParticipates in quality initiativesCollaborates with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planningPursues professional development and growthMeets standards set by agency demonstrating flexibility, commitment and adaptabilityQualifications include:Graduation from of an accredited nursing programBachelors in Nursing (BSN) preferred2 years full-time experience in acute careCurrent Maryland State nursing license2 years full time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 yearsActive American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredValid Driver's License with agency insurance requirementsCertification in specialty once qualifiedWork Schedule:Employment Type: Part-TimeHours per Week: 24 hrs/weekTypical Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Every Monday, Wednesday and FridayShift Type: DaysWeekend Requirements: Required - every other weekend rotationHoliday Requirements: Rotating*Current AHC employees are not eligible for a sign-on bonus who are transferring from one entity to another and/or transferring within their entity.
