You will handle local customer deliveries, safely operate a box truck, and assist with warehouse duties when not on the road. Key Responsibilities
- Local Deliveries: Safely drive and operate a box truck to deliver products directly to local customers throughout the Fort Walton Beach area.
- Vehicle Inspection & Care: Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks, secure cargo safely, and maintain clean delivery logs.
- Warehouse Operations: Spend dedicated time in the warehouse staging loads, conducting quality assurance checks, loading/unloading cargo, and organizing stock.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients during offloads and represent the company with a positive, helpful attitude.
- License & Driving Record: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (required).
- Truck & Warehouse Experience: Quality assurance background with prior experience operating or driving a box truck (required).
- DOT Medical Card: Current Medical Examiner's Certificate / DOT Card is a strong plus.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift, maneuver, and unload merchandise continuously throughout the shift.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable for a standard 7:00 AM start time.
- Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr
- Schedule: Consistent day shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Home Daily: 100% local driving routes
