Hybrid Frontier AI Safety Researcher
Precision Labs
OpenAI is seeking researchers and engineers to advance frontier-model research with a focus on safety and alignment. You will train and evaluate models, identify misalignments, and develop scalable measurement and evaluation pipelines to turn failures into safety signals, while working with cross-functional teams to deploy mitigations at scale.
