Key Responsibilities:
- Assess roof damage and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
- Install new roofing systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Remove debris and old roofing materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain workshop and jobsite cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- GED or high school diploma required; additional certifications preferred.
- Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- In-depth understanding of roofing techniques and materials.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving heavy lifting and exposure to heights.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
