Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-timeChicago, Illinois, United StatesAbout the JobOur team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity in Chicago, IL for a Data Entry/Front Office.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, paid time off; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Able to perform all functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases.Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.Performs the scheduling function for each caseThrough LIS enter demographics and customer informationPrint preference notes matching to case.Move case into production area.Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issuesScanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storageAnswer all incoming callsRespond to all inquiries from customers officeRefers all technical inquires to appropriate team memberAll other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities Required:Data entry and computer skillsAbility to coordinate multiple tasksAttention to detailExcellent customer serviceMinimum Education and Experience Required:Required: High school diploma or GED equivalentSome billing experience requiredHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:Disinfectant process chemicalsPersonal protective equipment as required.Office equipmentInsert hazardous materials and/or equipmentPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reachExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motionsGood hand-eye coordinationGood manual dexterityAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeRepeated bending and kneelingVision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or colorPush, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 poundsEducationRequiredHigh School or Equivalent or betterBehaviorsRequiredTeam Player: Works well as a member of a groupDetail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
