CLINICAL DIRECTOR (LICENSED)

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at Duval Academy in Jacksonville, FL

Duval Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving moderate-risk male youth aged 13 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health and substance abuse services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while at the program.


Pay: $88,000 Annually

Performance-based compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

The Clinical Director is a primary member of the Site Management and Treatment Committees. Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group, and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

• Master's degree in social work or human services and four years of related experience in residential facility management
• Current Florida licensure - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
